How to manage a calendar with Calendbook

Calendbook is a service that requires registration, but it also offers a free plan that you can use for as much time as you need. 

  • Visit Calendbook (https://www.calendbook.com/login) and create an account. You can proceed more quickly by logging in with your Google account.
  • Once you fill out the required fields, you can create the first event right away, by providing a name and reporting your availability.
  • Now connect at least one of your Google or Outlook calendars.
  • Now go to Embed and click on Copy Code, so to copy the code to be added on your web page.

How to integrate Calendbook in WebSite X5

In WebSite X5, you can add the code you copied using the Calendbook Object:

  • Open your WebSite X5 project and access the wished page.
  • Install the Calendbook Optional Object if you haven't already. Click on Other Objects, use the search field to find the Object in question and install it: it's free.
  • Add the Calendbook Object in a cell of the page layout gird. 
  • Save and click on Preview to make sure your calendar and all its events is visible on your website.


How to manage bookings made through your website

You can easily manage appointments or even add more calendars and create new events. Access your Calendbook account and use the available tools to complete the necessary tasks.
